My husbands Sowp Extension was refused because immigration consultant didn’t submit enough documents. And at the same time our pr application is in progress.?
Applied for Sowp extension- October 2023
Applied for pr :- December 2023
1) is it gonna affect the eligibility for pr.?
2 ) should we mention ircc about Sowp refusal and his last day of work via webform while pr is in progress.?
