SOWP-Hepa B carrier

Hello everyone. Anyone here experienced to apply for their spouse for SOWP, I came here in Canada on March 2023 and now my husband got his medical request, he is Hepa B carrier since 2008, would this be a problem or could be a cause for rejection or refusal coming to Canada? Thank you for those who will be sharing their journey with same situation.
