Hi. Thanks in advance for any suggestions, feedback received.
My spouse's owp expires exactly 2 days after the starting date of my new job after graduation. Since it is a requirement for the pgwp holder to have a job for the spouse to get an OWP extension, how do I explain the situation to the visa officer? I can attach my offer letter in my spouse's application but I will not have any paystubs at that time. I am thinking of attaching a paystub after getting it via webform later. Will this work?
Also, my new job is actually a 3 month internship (that is all I have been able to manage thus far, I am constantly applying for permanent positions). So would it be a good idea to attach the offer letter with her application? One immigration consultant suggested that I don't attach the offer letter. And to just explain in the letter of explanation that I just started a new job and will send the paystubs via webform later on.
Please advise if I am on a possible right track or what ought to be done differently. Thanks again.
