SOWP and ICT

Hi peeps,

I am the main applicant and recently got re-approved for student visa (Fall 2024).
My toddler got approved for TRV as well.
Spouse applied for OWP on 29.12.2023, no updates so far.

Spouse works for an international company and he can be transfered to Toronto office. Now, if he gets approved for SOWP can he be transfered to Totonto branch if Employer is happy to assist? Or there is another procedure/visa type for ICT transfer?

If approved for SOWP, no need for transfer as he has an open work permit. He can work for them or find another job.
