SOWP accompanying querry

I just want to confirm or any idea if anybody knows like I submitted my study permit application in February for which I got approved and in my family information form I mention and tick no for will your spouse accompany you question.


So now my spouse has applied for SOWP and he tick yes to will you accompany question under family information form


So can this lead to any refusal or misrepresentation of something ?
