I applied via vfs chandigarh on 3rd march not any update yet
Please share ur time lines if any approved?
One thing more, how cic contact me for medical. They ll call me or email?

i am in canada.and my spouse is in india can apply for my wife s SOWP from canada?
she is in india and some people tells me that you have to apply from india only and some people tells me you can apply from in canada online.

what should i do? any one have any suggestion.?

Hi Guys,

We got our refusal letter yesterday from cic ....Stating we dont have sufficient funds and assets : We provided around $10,000 in combine from my part and my spouse and attached which shows that i have income over $50,000 / year..

also they say they dint clarify that i have Job in NOC 2 (2211)..

What should do ...pleasse help should i re-apply with more explanation and what other docs. should i attach ?
i attached my job letter ! and pay stubs and my job letter says Quality control technician...

U have to show minimun $10000 in ur canadian acount
For safeside ur wife hv to show min 3-4 lack rupees three month statement in indian
And your job offer ltr should clear all the responsibilities about ur job
Explain briefly ur cover letter
Last time which method u choose online ur paper?

Hey Thanks for writing. ... this time I am showing $6k in my account, and 4lacs from my wife (india)

Plus job duties and descriptions, invitation letter, letter of explanation on our refusal and documents attaching. ...

I get annual base salary of $43k plus incentives which make it around $53k/annually so attaching my pay stubs.

Also thinking to attach BCPNP letter of confirmation this time to show that I work in NOC B 2211. Hope to get it approved soon ths time .... I did online going to do same method again. Any suggestions ! Planning to apply today or Wednesday.

I can do that...but i guess we can not just deposit and show another day in statement it needs to stay there and rotating :-/ ..

my husband is a full time student in Canada ,do we need to show that much amount in both of us accounts or it applies only for the working spouses ?
