Hi there,

I am in the process of gathering documents to apply for PR.
"South Korea police check including lapsed record" is one of the essential ones.
I got a quote from "Ask Korea law" (https://askkorealaw.com/2018/03/26/korean-criminal-investigation-records-check-reply/) to get it for me.
Does anyone in this forum use the service, is this a scam or not, and whether the record received from them is acceptable for CIC. Thank you in advance for your information.

Hi,

Don't know if you already used them or not. I talked to them as well and they seem legit.
One thing to note though is that the criminal record they provide will have the stamp 'cannot be submitted'. They said CIC will still accept the doc with such stamp but apparently some got rejected.
