Hi Everyone My Wife is a doctor in pakistan. We are trying to get her degree source verified I just have one Confusion. I have opened an account on physiciansapply. In Requirements, it seems to me that We have to certify Identity documents. But I am confused in degree documents do I need to certify that too?

You only need to certify/notarize her identity document e.g. passport, not her degree
