I just received a letter from IRB. About my new hearing date in 7 June. Now I want to change my lawyer, cause I'm not sure that this lawyer can win something. Any information about changing lawyers?

It's entirely up to you if you want to change lawyers. I would suggest that you make sure you give a new lawyer time to get up to speed and make sure his calendar is free on the date of the hearing. It would be unfortunate to hire a lawyer only to find out he has prior commitments the day of your hearing!

Pls does anyone know the process of changing Lawyer. Can I request that my lawyer send my files he has with him via mail or do I really have to go to his office? I just recently moved to Toronto and my Lawyer’ Office is in Windsor

Sure your new lawyer can arrange this as long as you give him/her permission. Changing lawyers is not uncommon so both lawyers should be able to guide you through the process. you should be doing this asap.
