My brother imigrated to canada long ago through the express entry program.
So he ia not aware of refugees stuff.
Also I tried a lot on the net , found some answers , the remaining still needs to be addresses.

There are many who have not sufficiently looked into the immigration process. For example even if you have grounds for asylum but have not tried to relocate in your own country you will be denied.
Your brother can look into things even if he was never an asylum seeker. Many of your questions are not asylum specific.

It’s a public forum, expect public scrutiny. The questions are relevant as they pertain to whether you would actually be eligible to claim asylum successfully. Canuk78 suggestion to apply for immigration is probably your best bet to enter Canada. If you haven’t resided in your home country and face persecution in your current country of residence, IRB will want to know why (and even how) you face persecution if you haven’t lived there for an extended period.
If you can’t handle people asking general questions or as you put it “ interrogation “, about your situation, how you’d handle the IRB investigating your claim is beyond me.
As someone earlier mentioned, this falls election can’t come soon enough
For the record, I am 100% with the genuine and legit refugees, such as someone flees from war, genocide and religious persecutions. Canada is a great and generous country and we have a system to support and protect person that truly needs it. I have no problem for people getting help from our government, including welfare, if they are truly in the situation that they need it. But on the other hand, I don't like to be taken advantage of. Although I understand that non system is bullet approve, but current refugee system is broken and the loop hole is so big that people can use it to bypass the immigration law to stay here, otherwise that they are not qualified to. This is gonna fix as it suppose to be. That is the coming election would do. While Canadians, adults and children, are suffering high tax, and shortage of schooling, shelters and food, somehow, billions of dollars are wasted on somebody that just simply decided to jump the line to cross our border, claim asylum, after failed, then claim H&C, that is way beyond me.

Ul get a very little amount of welfare which is too low fr survival fr 3 kids,
Moreover refugee claimant (whch u would be initially) are not eligible fr child benefit, u have to wait to get positive result frm irb.
Ul be eligible fr work permit wch wud take around 45 to 60 days.
These are related to bc province iduno hw things are followed in other province.
And u can move to any other province aftr claiming asylum just ket the authorities knw abt yr change of addreess and

Not sure that it is really asylum shopping. Think that this woman is planning on living off welfare since there is no mention of savings and is in for a shock for how little she is expected to live on. She will be limited to rent in areas that aren’t very safe. She will likely have to settle for a one or 2 bedroom. They will have to hope that some donated furniture is available. If she has young children she may not be able to get a job because childcare is too expensive. She will likely have to go to the food bank because welfare won’t provide enough money to buy food for the entire month. She will have to walk versus taking public transportation to save a few dollars. Hopefully both her husband and her brother will be able to supplement any income or welfare she may receive and perhaps even a free place to stay. Another reason why a consult with an immigration lawyer would be a good idea before making your move.

Maybe because English is not my native language I may have some language barrier that I couldn't express it as you did.
Also maybe because I'm a woman who works in science field, my post was just in 1,2,3 format with no ability to explain further.
Anyway, your comment makes me know what the word "humanity" means.

Still feel strongly that you should make sure that you qualify for asylum and consult with an immigration lawyer. You have brought up welfare a lot. Just want to stress that if you will be dependent on only welfare to survive you will likely not have a good quality of life. You may live in a building where there are drugs and crime but that’s all you can afford. Getting a job is very difficult for asylum seekers because employers don’t want to invest in employees knowing that they could have to leave Canada soon. Just want to be very clear about what you can expect. Some are shocked and expect that all Canadians have a good life. There are many who can’t feed their children.
