SOS- form not working to extend and on last day of visitor status

Hi, I need some help that’s very specific. I am trying to extend my visitor status and attempted to fill out the form the day before the date stamped on my passport to leave by. I tried three different computers and my phone and wasn’t able to read the adobe form. Now it is after midnight, and it’s the day that is stamped on my passport. How can I extend my visitor status today (I am in Quebec City), or since it’s the date stamped on my passport- am in already in violation? Do I need to apply for a reinstatement of status? Please help! Thanks!!
