Sorry, i need help. In the purpose of visit section of the form IMM5257E, there's a space for "name of person/institution, relationship, address, that i will visit", i just find it confusing as to what i put in there? Because i just put tourism in the purpose of visit and not "family visit" and i don't have a relative in Canada. What should i put? :-[ Thank you very much.

Then do you have an invitation from someone? If not, then you need to put N/A.

You might want to submit a letter too to explain where you'll be staying, amount of money you have for your visit (tourism).

Leave it blank is the best option.

I've been using N/A on the forms I fill up since 2008... and no problem with it.

I also have a question with regards to the same question. my purpose is tourism(includes visiting a family) which is one of the selections and examination which I think would be on "Others". What and which should I put?
