I am very thankful for providing me this opportunity and it is with sincere sense of gratification that i pen down my statement before you. “ with hard work and effort you can achieve anything” is the line that has taken me one step closer to my goals.
It is indeed true that with proper nurturing of our curiosity we can transform a fascinating idea into an excellent information technology faculty. I strongly believe in this and have applied it throughout my undergraduate studies in Computer Engineering. Since my first introduction to the technology of computers, I was quite fascinated and this fascination has developed a latent interest for knowing more and increasing my knowledge in this field. I have always tried to explore the expanse of my field and quench the zest of my curiosity. But in the end, my hunger, far from being satiated, has always increased. Now, as I stand on the threshold of my professional career with my undergraduate course completion, I am eagerly looking forward to graduate studies that can take me to the frontiers of my field.
For the past few years, I have maintained a conceptual continuity in my academic career. I have completed my 4 years of Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at J.B Institute Of Engineering And Technology, Hyderabad, Telangana. It is one of the leading Engineering colleges in Telangana. J.B.I.T is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU).I have secured 64.46 percent in my Bachelors Degree . I had secured 8.8 GPA and 94.60% in 10th and 12th grade respectively.
As a part of my final year project work, I have completed a unique and challenged project titled “Analysis of sentiments in one go : a supervised joint topic modelling approach”and I got “A” grade for this project in final year result. Further, I am proficient in C, C++,C#, JAVA, CSS, HTML, .NET. During my undergraduate studies, I studied subjects such as Digital Logic Design, Database Management System, Operating System, Computer Network, Information Security, Compiler Design, Parallel Processing, Distributed System , Android Development and Web Technologies which have helped me to develop a strong background of the fundamentals of Engineering.
My desire to widen the knowledge in the realm of Web Designing impelled me to apply for a postgraduate program in the “Web Design And Development” stream. I choose “Conestoga College Institute Of Technology And Advanced learning”, for its eminent professors and relevant course curriculum that i am looking for. I secured admission into this program and I am very keen to explore the world of Web Design and Development. This four-semester Ontario College Graduate Certificate program is designed to provide hands-on, comprehensive training for us to work in the field of web business application development and helps to enhance my technical skills. The primary focus of the program is on user-centered design supported by extensive back-end programming and front- end use of graphic design, multimedia, video, animation, and e-commerce applications to facilitate a fully functional website. I aver that I have the necessary zeal and commitment required to pursue this course and I believe this to be the best path to the realization of my dream career.
In regard to my language proficiency, I have studied in English medium since 19 years, I generally communicate in English. As a testimony to my language proficiency, I have taken the IELTS exam and scored 7.5 band with no band less than 6.5.
Canada being a country with multi-dimensional identity, diverse culture, affable reputation and high standards of education it has become my natural choice. It being one of the developed countries is the education hub of world class education. The Canadian Education system, is known to gear and stimulate the intelligence and creativity of a student. I am confident that the course in Conestoga College would incorporate new developments, assisting me to keep pace with all the new skills. The numerous resources including top graded faculty, career workshops, a great campus for students, and conducive atmosphere with cross culture, would give me an opportunity to broaden my horizons. I have chosen Canada as a destination as it is known to provide a world class education in a safe, peaceful, multi-cultural and English speaking environment. Canada offers cost effective education and living compared to most other countries.I personally think it would be a great privilege to study in a country which is renowned for its quality of education and outstanding natural beauty.
I belong to a well-established family and we are well settled in India. We are very well established in our hometown i.e. Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
