Hi,

1. Is it ok for me (son-in-law) to sponsor my mother-in-law for super-visa and send invitation, with my wife(Daughter) being the co-signer to the invitation and sponsorship. Does IRCC sees it as a red flag why daughter didnt invite?
I am the primary earner with better salary and want to show that I will provide financial support if and when required

2. is it ok to have the invitation letter e-signed and not hand-signed.

1. Wife is sponsor with you as co-signer. Your MIL is only eligible because of her daughter, not you.
2. Even if primary earner, you are the co-signer.
3. Doesn't need hand signature.

Thanks. So you mean..in the application where its asks "Who is inviting".. it should be my wife and then I would be a co-signer.. yes ?

Yes, your MIL is only eligible because your wife is PR/citizen. You are the co-signer.

my MIL is only showing 7500 cad for finances and rest we will support her . she will probly stay for 2 months.
1. is this money a red flag , that its too less?
2. WIll IRCC want to see even more money because its supervisa and a visitor can stay for quite a long time?
3. Now that my wife is inviting. Is it ok that I (SIL) take the undertaking of providing finances of my MIL and my wife being the co-signer , because I have more income

1. For a Supervisa you show you meet LICO for the number of people in your family with NOA. Her funds are not as important.
2. She needs to pass the medical and get health insurance to cover those expenses.
3. The child (your wife) MUST be the sponsor. Doesn't matter if you have more income. You are the co-signer.

But my wife is primarily a homemaker and she alone would be under LICO. What shall we do in this case? But our family income combined is good, even to support 7 people. Although we are inviting only 1(MIL)
