something weird and really confusing . i can't belive it (please help)

hi evrybody here, i posted yesterday a topic saying that cic said they send me email to my representative but my representative didn't recieve anything, today cic send us email apologizing that they didn't send any email and it was mistake from them and they said that our application is in process while in the ecas show decision made and that they send me corespendence in 6th july who should i belive and what shall i do, we belong to paris office we applied last august

Verify the email address where it came from that's the only way to figure out if it is a legit email.

it is from paris embassy immigration section, this email used to corspendence with us if they need anything, im sure from email, so now ecas saying decision made and email saying in process

send a case specific inquiry to confirm the email from CIC. i would also recommend applying for your GMSC notes to make sure somethng wasn't sent. if something was sent to the representative, it could have gotten lost on their end. right now, it sounds like nothing was sent. you can confirm this by submitting a case specific inquiry or ordering your file notes.
