Someone want to employ me in Canada

Hi,
I have been on the Canadian website for Visa information but it is VERY confusing.

I recently closed my gym and I was looking on for a coaching job on the international market. I have found a person in Toronto who want to employ me.

I am a strength and conditioning coach which there are more of in Canada BUT I have over 15 years of coaching experience and owned a gym.

How do i best proceed from here.

The potential employer would need to follow through on an LMIA application where they pay a fee, advertise the job for a few months and show that no Canadian resident is available.
