SOMEBODY HELP!!

I just received a letter from CIC sying we ave to fill n send them a form imm 008 because we did not fill in the noc code for our profession ,nyway i ave done dat now,but d problem is the letter was sent out on d 24th of dec from cic and it said we shd send d form within 30 days which xpired on d 24th of jan and i just received d letter today,d 4th of feb,what do i do as i am so confused??

you can send it back with explanation letter and if possible provide proof like evelope with the stamp.

Well,the envelope only has the date it got to the postoffice which is 14th of jan,it doesn't have d date it was dispatched.

Thanks guys for ur reply,i have sent an apology letter with the form,but i didn't send d envelope cos it won't do me any good
