some questions about the Skilled worker's Immigration program

Dear All,

I am going to apply for the Skilled worker's Immigration program and I have some questions.

1- I am working as a Translator. I want to make sure that this profession is among the needed professions for the Program, how can i make sure of this?

2- We are now at the End of 2015, so will the list of professions needed be changed in 2016? when it is going to be changed in 2016? is it better for me to wait till Jan/Feb. 2016 to apply than to apply now?

3- I am working as a Freelance Translator for more than 8 years. How can I approve this in my application?

There is no "needed professions" list anymore.
