I am Applying for super visa for mother. I am a PR in Canada and she is living in India. The VAC centres are closed so i have to apply online, I tried researching a lot and even called CIC but I am still confused about a few things.
1. I will be appyling online from Canada so doesmy mother need to fill the Use of a Representative IMM 5476
2. She is divorced and had my sole custody since birth, so does she have to fill Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union IMM 5409
If there are other points to consider please let me know.
