I would like to share with you my solution I came up with for the new update of VFS helpline. I have noticed that my VFS center has updated its helpline system. So now instead of calling them directly, they added an answering machine which has an issue.
This answering machine is misleading, it keeps repeating the same speech endlessly (in English, French and local language) without any information of how can we reach the customer service. So I got stuck for a while and lost lots of money trying to contact them.
Finally, I pressed 0 on my phone once the answering machine started. Surprisingly, the answering machine gave me an error and started telling me about the function of each number, begins by 1 to 7. So I pressed 6 which happily enabled me to get in touch with the customer service.
I am not sure if this case is happening to all VFS centers, but if you are facing this issue, you can use this procedure to contact them.
