Hi, I am planning to land in Canada by late August or early Septemeber stay for a few weeks, leave and then return in March 2019. You think it will be an issue ? I have a relative in Canada who can courier my PR card to me. Thanks

People do this all the time so no issue and you have an address for your PR card. No need to volunteer fact to CBSA you only plan to stay a few weeks.

Hi, if you are bringing in stuff via cargo then you have to prepare a list.

Only the standard documentation, copr. The border security will just ask you standard questions nothing major.

What does "standard documentation" encompass?

The main thing to have is your copr, that's what you will have to show. With regards to bank statements, it is up to the discretion of the border security. I personally wasn't ask to show any other document besides the copr.
