Soft landing - is it possible ? Can iRCc call during the process or ask to collect physically?

Hi,

i would really appreciate if anyone can guide me on soft landing , can I still do it with dhl Auto forwarding address ? Has any one have experience of it ? And how much time usually it takes ? Can IRCC call me physically during the process ?
