Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Dear All,
I would like to know if a scenario on the landing formalities as below:

Is it accepted/allowed that the Secondary applicant continue to stay and the primary applicant can fly back to home country after finishing landing procedures? Since I m planning to send my spouse(Primary Applicant) back and me find a job over there(SK). Once I find job, my spouse(primary applicant) can rejoin back. Is this can be done?

Please advise.

Once the primary applicants and all dependent completed landing, that's means all of you are freedom in this country, you can do whatever you want or you can leave and comeback anytime you wish too.

Note that, in order to maintain PR status, you must be physically present in Canada for at least 730 days (2 years) in every 5-year period, that's means you can spend a total of up to 3 years outside of Canada during a 5-year period.

All the best

make sure though to make arrangements to get the PR card for your spouse once you have it back to the spouse in home country as will need that to return to Canada later.

Meya, can I collect the PR card on behalf of the primary applicant and courier it to the home country, so that it would be easy for travel back to Canada.Any issues in this arrangement?

Yes, that's not a problem.
