Dear Samar, Mandie, Shami, Amir, Kan2008, Tasneem, Nayma, Zeem, and all SWs here.

Alhamdulillah Got my MR dated 17 Aug, 2012 through normal mail day b4 yesterday, for me and my wife. Its a big relief.

We haven't received the MR for my new born daughter, though I updated the Vo earlier. I think bcz we didnt send the passport copies and forms for her. I have sent a query to the Vo Yesterday.

Mandie, you along with Amir, Zeem and others are next.

Thanks for your perpetual help and encouragement, and wish u all a smooth processing on wards.
Cheers,

Nashe

hello I'm also a Social Worker trying to apply this upcoming year!!!!1

I don't think I'd have a problem with my IELTS (I got my BA in USA and I've been living here for the past 12 years) however, I do have questions on the undergrad evaluation assessment. Does anyone know how to do it? or what body should I contact?

I also would like to know is anyone knows about the spouse requirements- only IELTS????

I'd love to get in contact with more Social Workers!!!!

Thanks in advance!!!!

Hi, welcome to this wonderful thread. I guess you are already aware that IELTS is compulsory irrespective of your euducational background. Only the principal applicant needs to sit for IELTS.

For credential evaluation, follow this link to read more and know that it is now a requirement for new FSW application

All the best!

Hi,

Welcome to the thread of SWs.

I think we will have to wait a bit to get things more clear about this NOC and the credential assessment.

Yes according to new rules to claim points of adaptability spouse will have to have a minimum level of English/French.

Cheers,

Nashe
