Helloooooooooooooooooooooooooo guys,

wat a blessed relief, when i found out this link of MY guys (4152) ;D

lemme introduce myself, i have done masters in Medical and Psychiatric SW from Madras Christian College, Chennai India (2007)

worked in IT industry in CSR, Employee relations, moved to UAE - worked in ETA ASCON as Welfare Executive

currently working as Manager - HR & Welfare in EMBM in Abu Dhabi.

i prepared all my papers for submission under 4152 thisweek i'm about to send.. but i just got to know that 500 cap is already over...

Now wat todo????

keep everything ready and apply in such a way that the application reaches there in july 2012 begining :)

Welcome to the forum Eddy

You basically only have two options:

- wait until July 2012 and file your application under MI4 (hopefully for you the NOC list will still include the 4152 category)
- arrange an employment in Canada (find an employer who is willing to sponsor your application) as applications with arranged employment are not effected by the cap...

Funds deducted (Credit Card): 31 January 2012 (54 days after application received)
PER/AOR received: 15 February 2012 (69 days after application received)

ok guys, can i ask for few more clarifications?

-- if i need to apply in July 2012, is that ok if i take the DD-fee for payment by April 2012 and submit the documents inthe same month. (3 months is enough)

-- if any of you guys are in UAE, i could show all the documents i prepared, as i have few more months if anything more is required i can arrange.

-- What if i submit now? what will happen? - will i be rejected or i'll be in waiting list?

-- i wrote IELETS by Oct 2011, will that be ok if i apply in April 2012. all my bank statements are upto Jan 2012, will that be ok if i apply in April or i need to update

-- as my profile as 0112 also (HR), can i change the NOC code and apply, will it make a difference. i personally wanted to apply only for social worker

Hi Jatta,

Yes, my first response from the CIC was the PER, I received it via email. I knew that my credit card had been charged (as I checked my balance every day :) so I was already anxiously awaiting a response. Luckily I got my PER! ;D
 
The MI4 are the updated Ministerial Instructions 4. Currently all federal skilled worker applications are under the MI3 (Ministerial Instructions 3).

Hi Eddy,

1. If u apply now, it will be rejected. So better wait n apply.
2. Validity of the DD is usually only for a month. so take it 2 days before u send the application forms.
3. Validity of IELTS is for 2 years. So don't worry....
4. Apply for NOc 4152 becos it is a slow moving cap...HR will be filled very fast n don't take chances...
5. U will have to update your bank statements...

Hope ur doubts r cleared....
