hi I am a naturalized canadian citizen, went to canada by 2015 until now been filing my taxes eversince. lately when i was in service canada employee said that my SIN was tagged as red flag for being dormant. they also said i cannot use online services. I have been using online services and got no problems on it. Supervisor said i need to reapply my SIN by providing proof citizenshp. can someone help TIA
