What you said is exactly right and should be like this. But, all notary officer don't do that way. They take some money per page and pages are notarized. They don't check originals. Mine notary officer also didnt ask for same. So where's authenticity of documents?

That is true, but still notarized copies are more valid than plain photocopies. Atleast it is belief that they have been checked by government officer ( whether he checks or not doesnt matter ). & worldwide, people recognize and accept them so we have to consider this FAKE procedure as a GENUINE one ;D

I got my VISA without notarisation!

I need your help in my case. .

I have got admission in Project management in Information technology (PMC) at Seneca @ York college and will be coming for Sept 2013

I am still arranging tuition fees and will pay soon.
I need to know that how many days college/bank will take to send you fee receipt??

I have heard that fee receipt is required for visa file, is it ??

I also need to know if only acknowledge mail is enough to apply for visa ??
