@rituritz
.............
You can find a check list on vfs-canada. They have clearly mentioned to include photocopy of all notarized marksheets.
For which course/ where have you applied?

Dont ask him, but go and have a fight with him! Sending attested photocopies is like the most basic rule, how can he even call himself a Consultant!
Seriously man, ppls future is at stake here. Make sure that he dosent misguide any students in the future.
Also enquire if you can now send the attested copy by mail or something, b4 the embassy takes any decision.

@rituritz

please open this link (http://www.vfs-canada.co.in/visaapplication.html)
and --->> Study Permit Checklist – General (English version) <<--- This is yhe file you have to download to check cheklist.....

Here they have mentioned to include required documents.....and just photocopy is not at all valid or genuine, so it must be notarized.
If it is not so late then you can resubmit them as a additional documents with same file number. But please ask advice of seniors regarding resubmission.

Btw for which colg have you applied? SPP or general?
I am under general.

Ritu !! i think notarized copies are not mandatory !! ur in general right im not sure about it though..i applied in spp
