Applied for SNIP and not got letter from officer in-eligle letter as my work experience and occupation in demand do not match.
i have checked with registered MA but he strongly beleive if we can email with state the letter that we did have this qualification and work experience matches will work.

so my question was sending an email to officer really gonna make difference or how can i consider something ?

please any suggestion welcome

So your application was cancelled. Usually if cancelled, you reapply but depends what the letter stated. What is your education and what is your NOC? What is registered MA?

here is what letter states

''Work Experience Credentials
You do not meet the SINP work experience requirements of having work experience in your intended occupation that is related to your completed post‐secondary education. Your field of education in accounting & auditing cannot be accepted as related education for your intended occupation in NOC 12010 – Supervisors, general office and administrative support workers as it is not related to engineering or contracting. Additionally, the job duties you are performing for this employer are more so related to those of an administrative officer.
As a result, you do not meet minimum program criteria. No further assessment of other criteria or documents will occur.''

So what is your degree in - accounting? Master? Also are you working in engineering field? The NOC requires only secondary education and maybe some college courses.

SINP has said they will not review further documents so not sure what your agent can do. For SINP, your job must match your NOC. SINP is very strict and clear on this.

yes, Bachelors in Accounting and Auditing and agent said we will send letter stating that i have done simlar experience of supervisor as i m woking with comapy from last 8 years in similar job and duties which directly relate to NOC selected in SNIP

My job position currently and with company from last 8 years is Administrative manager.

But i m not sure what to do ?

if i decide to Reapply under SNIP how long i have to wait?

Your education must match your NOC. That is clearly stated in SINP requirments. So not sure what your agent can do by sending a letter. Your NOC hasn’t changed. If you have a bachelors in accounting and the NOC’s education is high school with some college courses then that is not a match, and not eligible.

If you reapply, then what will be your new NOC. You would need a new letter with new duties to match your NOC and education. That may lead misrepresentation.

I don’t know. What would your new NOC be with new reference letters from your employer? SINP will cross check and know you applied with a different NOC so may create issue of misrepresentation if you all of sudden present new reference letters with new job responsibilities.

If you have been doing the job (NOC 12010) for years, you cannot just change it so SINP may not be an option for you.
