Slightly exceed the deadline of sending passport

Hi,

I have already applied to the temporary resident visa and received the request letter on April 8th.

According to the letter, I need to send my original passport before May 8th; unfortunately I was so busy for finals and did not check my account until today. I was so worried and sent my passport along with the copy of letter just now, but they will reach on Monday(May 13rd), which will exceed the 30 days limit.

Will my application be refused then? I am so anxious.

PLUS: myCIC page already showed 'Approved' even before I sent my passport

The visa is approved. But I honestly don't know what missing this deadline will mean. I hope it will be okay.

Thank you anyway! Since in the request letter they mentioned that your visa COULD be refused if you exceed 30 days...I am sooooo worried
