Skipping self-employed and unpaid work details

Hi,

I was self-employed for a year and worked for a non-profit (NGO) without any salary for a year.
Luckily, I'm able to get enough points without including this experience.

1. Is it allowed to skip these details in case I do not want points for these 2 years of work ex?
Should I still report it in my profile or leave it out?
Leaving out will show two years gap in my profile, does this affect my application?

2. The only reason I don't want to include this information is that it'll take a lot of effort to get proofs. Also, I mentioned these details in my study permit and PGWP forms. WIll it affect me in anyway?

You can include them.in your personal history. Do not hide it.. you don't need to submit proofs for personal history

Before ITA you can mention only the.work ex you are claiming points for.

2. 2014 to 2015 - Non profit - Website Development (Don't want points)

5. 2017 to 2018 - analyst (Canada) (Want points but have worked for less than a year)

You can combine your work experience to get the 3 years you require.
will 4 & 5 give you 2 years and will 2 years get you the CRS score you desire? If yes, then go with it because it's the same NOC and makes things easier.
But if the answer is no, then you can try combining two NOC's.

Sorry I meant 4 and 5. Yes, 4 and 5 will help me get the desired points (480 points).

Just wanted to confirm that I can fill only (1, 4 and 5) or (4 and 5) while submitting the express entry form and then if I (hopefully) get an ITA I can fill (1, 2, 3, 4 and 5). Like I want to know if this is acceptable? to give half history in EE form and full history after invite

Yes it is acceptable. You only need to submit work experience you're claiming points for Pre ITA.
