Skipped a batch for oath in Saskatoon

We, a number of us did test on May 27 this year and waiting for oath and still not called. Apparently CIC invited for oath a batch of applicants who did test after that including June 8,9 and 10. Any of you had that experience. Our applications are changed to "decision made" for month and half and so far seems like a normal application.

Same thing happening in Calgary. Doing Oaths for September 2014 and skipping June 2014. They expedite Oaths for those who pay higher fees.

Have you brought this upto CIC Calgary?

I do not think fee has to do anything with this... was fee increased in September 2014? Well, in our case the fee has been the same for April, May, June 2014 applicants...

I am not sure if it has anything to do with fees. But because CIC announced on their website that those who applied in April 2015 should get Oaths by April 2016, offices are very ambitious about clearing up backlog for newer files to achieve this goal and in trying to get to the timeline promised by CIC, they try to do Oaths faster for new files which is a unfortunate situation because it not first in first out. This is especially true in Western offices.

but also keep in mind that cic also mentioned that people who have applied before april 2015 should get a decision made and potentially oath by march 2016....

Any other experience from different city? I don't think it has do with fees.

Even when calling for interview they call based on the application date. I don't know why oath is different then.
