i suggest to create a list of applicants who submited their complete application in Damascus after 2009
somthing like:

i am looking for your suggestions in this way.
please share your application data
so we can estimate when we are all going to the next level

So far no update from them. How long do they usually take to issue the 2nd AOR?

Actually they didn't send me 2nd AOR, what happened is when my lawyer sent them status query 2 months ago, they replied last week and wrote on the same paper by pen new AOR number and wrote my case is under Study, I've logged in via this new AOR and Ecase shows Recieved by visa office as well. Hope will turn to in process and get medicals soon..

I got the new file number via email yesterday. I think this is considered as the 2nd AOR.
They have informed that the process might take up to 12 months.
Have those of you who have submitted your documents before, received a similar message?

Pls correct my timeline, i sent the full application in 4th of Sep 2009 and CHC recieved on 22nd of the same month.
