I am planning to apply for PR under skilled Worker Class. I divorced my first wife 10 years before when I was at Hong Kong. I have original Divorce Decrees. She has physical custody of the child, the court granted her full custody and visitation rights to me. I remarried and continued my life at Hong Kong, and now I am at USA. There were external factors which forced me to go for divorce and also prevented to keep in touch. I do not have whereabouts of my ex spouse and the kid, they are at India.
My questions are...
1) I have to mention their names in family information, as "non accompanying members, is that right?
2) Do I need to provide their address, birth certificate of daughter or any other information / documents ?
3) Even if I try to get their location, it is likely that they will not co-operate in the procedure like interview, medical or documentation.
Please advise should I expect such issues in my PR application ?
