Skilled work experience Express Entry

Hello people, I need some help

I'm accumulating the experience for Express Entry (12 month of Skilled work experience full time).

I work as a cook NOC 6322 in two jobs. In one like 27 hours and the other 15 hours. Those 2 jobs are a full-time job.
so does it count toward the Skilled work experience? I'm trying to apply for Canadian Experience Class.

Neither are full-time jobs under IRCC's eyes. Yes, you can count both as skilled work experiences as long as they truly fit a skilled NOC (0,A or B).

My plan is to accumulate the expereince and then tell them to offer me a full time offer so I can use it for BC PNP

I'm not familiar enough with BC PNP to answer your question. If this is related to CEC then no issue.

BC PNP works same as the express entry about points but you need a job offer, full time with no end date.
