Hi guys hope everyone is fine. I am very new in the whole process of Canadian immigration. Briefing, about me I am by birth Indian citizen. Since 2006 I am in USA pursuing my PhD in Molecular Biology. Looking back I have bachelors in veterinary sciences (5yrsduration).With work exp of around 1.5yrs in NGO. Currently I have no degree after Bachelors. Masters (incomplete). However as I gone through the rules of skilled worker immigration I found there is 25points for Ms or PhD and at least 17yrs of full time equivalent study. Now my question is:
1. Is my 17yrs (12+5yrs Bachelors) of full time study itself counts for this 25points under skilled worker without considering my PhD or MS.
2. Do my currents status and the time period as a PhD student can be a point of consideration (already cleared the Doctoral qualifying).
Hope to get some good suggestions
Thank you
