Skill Transfer Factors.

Dear All,

I need information for following two topics. Need your help please

1. If my educational documents are not verified via ECA/WES then no points will be awarded me for education ?
2. What is skill transfer-ability factors ? It also need documents to be verified from ECA ?

1) Without ECA, no points will be awarded for education.. Also there is a high possibility that will be ineligible to apply..
2) Skill transferability factors are your education, job experience + good officik language score and they act as a bundle.. to claim points you need to provise eca report for education and experience letters in prescribed format for job experience.
