Skill development course

Hi everyone,

My wife is on open work permit and I am on closed WP. Is it possible for her to attend a skill development course (Not govt approved) while on OWP?

3-4 months or even less than that. The course manager himself said that his course requirements does't state any need of student permit. Its not a govt approved institute. Its just a private office.

Then no study permit required.

Rules have changed as you do need a study permit for 6 months or less. Given you are in Canada, you should be okay but check with IRCC first.
