size of family unit

I dont know the size of my family, I am a bit confused. Can somebody help me?

My husband is my co-signer, do I need to include him?

Here are the members of my family:
Myself, my husband, and I only have 1 daughter

I am only planning to sponsor my mother and this is my first time to do sponsoring.

So what do you guys think about it? Which minimum necessary income should I choose in LOW INCOME CUTOFF (LICO)? Please I need your help! Thanks!!!!

You said it yourself, you, husband and daughter. That's your family, right? I count 3.

For LICO, you count yourself, husband, daughter, mom so that is 4 people your income has to be able to support. If your personal income is not high enough, your husband can co-sign for his income to count as well.

Oh, I thought the total number would only 3 (my mom, daughter and myself) and my husband will not be included coz he is my co signer.

I have a question on the similar lines, but didn't want to start a new thread for question that must have been answered a million times. so heres the situation.

We are a family of six, me and my wife and two kids, and my parents, whom i sponsored and they became PR in 2013, so financial undertaking is still in place. My wife wants to sponsor her parents now. We are planning to submit application this year, i.e. 2017. My youngest son was born in 2016. So as per the financial details we have to provide for the year 2013-2015, do I have to calculate my LICO for 7 people or 8 people, because my son didn't take birth until 2016. But going forward, we have financial responsibility of 8 people, that`s why i am confused.
Any response will be appreciated.

Family size used in 2013, 2014 and 2015, are all the same - it's your family size as of date of application (2017). So that would be 8 people for all 3 years.
