I am living in canada and have citizen and i want to sponser my sister could it be possible. I am from pakistan

Yes is it possible
You would be in the Family Class: Other eligible relatives - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/index.asp

Who can be sponsored
  • brothers or sisters, nephews or nieces, granddaughters or grandsons who are orphaned, under 18 years of age and not married or in a common-law relationship
  • another relative of any age or relationship but only under specific conditions
  • accompanying relatives of the above (for example, spouse, partner and dependent children).

You can find Information here, and to get started as well - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/relatives-apply-how.asp

You can sponsor an adult sister under the PNP in Manitoba and possibly still in Saskatchewan although I think you also need a job offer there now. You would have to have lived in the province for at least a year and you and your sister would both have to meet some requirements in order to qualify.

Other than that, there is the one other relative clause under the federal program that most people look at. However, you may not be married or have children and you can not have any other close relatives in Canada or other relatives elsewhere that you could potentially sponsor such as your parents.

Based on your previous posts - at least one of your parents is still alive.

If you live outside of Manitoba and Saskatchewan, this means you cannot sponsor your sister.

If you live in either Manitoba or Saskatchewan then there's still a chance you might be able to sponsor. However as Leon has indicated, a job offer may be required.
