why is SINP better?? isn't the PR under PNP has some limitions like not allow the applier go out of that province or gonna have problems to apply citizenship later on? this is what I heard, but I am not so sure!!

SINP is exception in this case. Only SINP doesn't have this requirement. You can leave that province within 1 year.

Hi,

I have completed my masters from University of Regina and now working at FCC. They offered me permanent job offer but latter changed that to 3 year term position because they only give permanent offers to PR holders or canadian citiziens.
I want to know what is suitable way for me to apply PR.
What I read on internet is for SINP i need permanent Job offer. Is 3 year contract good enough ? Can I ask my company to give me SINP ?
Let me know what is best option for me here.

Thanks.

Hey Imran,

Go to the SINP office at Downtown and discuss your case with them, if you have a contract job of 3 years they will consider you for the student stream. One of my friend did the same thing. First ask your company to apply for Job approval letter for you.
