friends,
sorry i am coming up with diff questions. i am planning to apply for SINP skilled worker. n really confuse. alright i have to score 35 points to be eligible for SINP skilled worker, for that i need 2 yrs of work exp. i am completing my 2 yrs on coming 1st october.
i called SINP officer to ask, if i can apply for SINP now and update my work exp later? he said yes you can do it. so i asked is it possible that my application get processed before i update my work exp. he is ya pretty much it will be processed so its better for you to wait. then i ask how long does it take for SINP for skilled worker to approve? he said 5-6 months.

now if it takes 5-6 months to approve how could it be processed within a month? even SINP officer doesnt know what to answer. hope friendz here could throw some light on it?

To all SINP Nominees
I am in contact with SINP managers (Mr. David Li and Ms. Tracy Davies) and CIC designated immigration officer (Mr. Robert Miller) at London England, and according to them that proof of language proficiency is not mandatory for Provincial Nominees in the same way that it is for Federal Skilled Workers. but we may request additional information at any time during the application process.

If you are unable to provide any information that CIC visa Office request to you, or wish to clarify what CIC Visa office is asking you to provide or any other aspect of the processing of your applications, you can contact the visa office directly at the following address.

Just my two cent inputs...

Duration of processing is 5-6 months, but they will start processing on the 1st month. They will start checking your doc, and if they see that you lack experience, it will depend on the visa officer if he will give you chance since there is 5-6 months processing time duration. You know, human reasoning are different. Someone might say that its okay, but someone might say that it is not. So better be safe, complete your years of experience.
