13 sep invoice tab disappeared
This after being ineligible last year
I am so anxious

Can you guys plz help me answer this question.
I have Canadian student visa rejection.
There is a question at the end of part 1 while submitting SINP application which states "have you previously submitted provincial or federal Canadian immigration application".

Should I ans Yes or No?

Since mine was temporary visa
