SINP PNP and study visa- advice needed

Dear Friends, please help me come to a solution.
I have already received SINP ITA in April 2021 and have also submitted the documents too. Now I am planning to try for studies in Canada through study visa, because it takes a lot of time for the duration of the SINP nomination and processing to happen. Now my concerns are
1) is it possible to apply for study visa when I have already applied to SINP after ITA?
2) if the answer is yes to the above question, then should I apply to the same province for study or can I opt for any province?

1) Yes, it's possible.
2) Same province is best. Otherwise you may run into issues with your SINP application.
