Can you tell what to write in web form for file status since have not received the AOR yet, it's about to complete 6 months now... What all is required to be filled in web form?

you have to wait for 6-8 moths to receive the aor

My spouse(primary applicant) has 10+ years work exp out of which 8 years exp relates to noc code 1311 and last 2 years relates to noc code 1222..sinp site says 'you must have atleast one year of full time paid work exp in last 10 years in your intended occupation'. As 1311 has not being in demand for some time could she apply in 1222 and claim 10 years of total work exp and show letter of reference for both work exp?

She can. SINP may question that 8 years of her experience is related to 1311. Her education must match her NOC.
