Hi Friends , I was submitting my EOI on SINP , the system directed me to EOI- International skilled workers -Saskatchewan EE category , however I was looking to submit under Occupation In demand category .

Can someone guide me , how could I apply under OID category ?
My NOC code is not among the list of excluded NOC codes .

same for me, might be we checked yes for federal EE profile and share number. I think if we do no then it will consider as OID, but i think does not matter

If you have completed 35 years on this March and turned to 36.
In SINP records , you are still 35 till 31st Dec. This year. And from 1st January you will be turned in 36 years.

What about in cic (express entry profile) ?? Thanks

Hi folks, I have applied for SINP express entry for Telecom Carrier manager. For this NOC I am working since 2017 but my other 8 years experience is in 2147 and same I have mentioned in my Federal Express entry profile. Should I consider it 10 years experience while applying for Saskatchewan ? Or will get only 2 years experience points. For 2147 is also occupation in demand with Skilled A but requires license so cannot apply in that.

Is it better to change NOC code from 2133 to 2241? Because 2133 requires licensing and it is a very long process. What do you people advice.

I’m getting about 60% from a friend of mine, should I make a gift deed or is it just okay if the funds have been 3 months old prior to full application submission?

Gift deed is not going to work for Saskatchewan immigration

If u r job duties and responsibilities match u can change, but remember education and work experience must be match

Through experience letter as i have 8 years technical experience in telecom and working as consultant since 2017 in which i have jDs of managing teams as well

That 8 years experience is related to NOC 2147, Computer Hardware Engineers , which is different. Don't try to mix them, otherwise they will catch you and can do anything.

Hi i want to ask you about the secondary review. I have had my application in second review for noc 1122 as they rejected it stating my job duties and responsibilities do not match with it.

now due to changes i have applied in the noc they suggested me in the rejection letter. but i have not yet withdrawn my second review application. IS THIS THING VALID?
MY AGENT TOLD ME THAT IT IS VALID UNTIL WE GET SELECTED IN THE POOL. IS IT TRUE?
