Yes. Bachelor or Master degree and experience must match with intended NOC.
No. You have to upload only after selecting in EOI. At the time of application submission .
Every document have to match with EOI information.

My education is a bachelors degree in media science and I’ve got experience of 10 years + in administrative /agricultural/governmental assistant. Noc2123 or 1241
I was trained in the first year of employment with a very low salary and now I work in UAE/Cairo and have many clients.
It’s a shame really.
Do you think if I get my employer to issue a certificate of training as well as an experience certificate it would be enough?

Only noc 2123 is in the sinp demand list. And the requirements are
Employment requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in agriculture or in a related science is required.
• Membership or eligibility for membership in a provincial institute of agrology is usually required.
• In Quebec, membership in the Ordre professionnel des agronomes is mandatory.

Generally they don't consider anything else. Better you ask directly at
immigration@gov.sk.ca

Guys I'm trying to fill the SINP application form in OASIS, I'm stuck at the question
"Schedule 4 Funds" I'm not sure what this is. The instruction I see is Enter the funds that you put in Box 4 of the Schedule 4.
I don't know what is Schedule 4 in the first place. Please help.

Fill it as per your situation (6 spaces)

Fill it about own circumstances

But what funds? Should it be the same one i entered in Express entry profile?
Just to give overview, I got invite through NOI for Skilled Immigration Express entry. When I loged in to the OASIS i found this application part 1 that has 14 steps to be entered.
