I heard from my friend who applied thru a consultancy in Qatar that if we're going with FD for the POF.... it (the FD) can be opened even a day before we submit the full application and does not require 3 months old time frame.

When I called them one day,they told me that no document is required at this moment and everything looks fine.

That is the trend. Until there is a request from the officer treating your file. It’s possible you don’t require ADR and still get nominated. However, in my case It was requested and I did provide within the time limit. In my understanding, applicants who did not provide would be required to provide copies of these.
