I had created another passport step for my new renewed passport as i could not make changes in part 1, I uploaded both passports in the second passport step.
Passport is issued from same country, only my current passport is going to be expired in 4 months. But I sent as e-mail to them and requested to update this new changes.

Please share your experience

Hello Folks,
I made an enquiry from SINP Officer on POF and below was the response I got which might be of help to others:

"Thank you for your email.

The following funds will only be accepted:

  • Personal chequing or savings accounts
  • Bonds
  • Cash value life insurance
  • Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GICs) or Certificates of Deposit
  • Mutual Funds
  • Provident Funds (an official letter from the provident fund organization indicating the amount of funds that are accessible is required)
  • Registered Retirement Savings Plans (RRSPs)
  • Stocks
  • Tax Free Savings Accounts (TFSAs)
  • Term deposits and time deposits (must be valid at the time of application and remain valid throughout the entire application process)
  • Treasury Bills
Debentures, credit cards, lines of credit, gold, cash, property or businesses are not accepted as settlement funds.

Proof of funds must be attached to your application. They must:

  • be official letters, official statements, and/or certificates from one or more financial institutions.
  • have been maintained at least 3 months prior to submitting your application and maintained throughout the entire immigration process.
  • be in the name of the principal applicant and/or spouse only.
Fund statements must show a detailed transaction history for at least three months before the date your SINP application is submitted and must include the type of currency, fund holder's name, contact information of the financial institution, account numbers, transactions and balances.

To determine whether settlement funds are sufficient, the account must show that when the account was at its lowest amount, it met the settlement requirement for the size of the household.

If you do not meet the above criteria you will not be eligible for SINP."

Please find my Timeline.

ITA received - 26th Sept,2019

Documents submitted - 8th November,2019

Status - Application received.

Can I possibly know when can we expect a change in status ?

NOC - 0601

Documentation submitted for prove a relative in Saskatchewan are all Passports of relative ( as its First cousin)

Will that be ok ?

What are possible options for ADR in terms of documentation ?

Experts, your valuable comments please.

Hi All,
I have a doubt while filling up background declaration form, while providing personal history how can I put 1 month of paid vacation?
Last year while I was employed full time I took 1 month of paid vacation to visit a different country so should I put this in different line item in personal history section after mentioning my employment duration with the company like-
From 2017-05 to current employed with ABC
From 2018-06 to 2018-07 paid vacation from employer ABC.
Is this correct way to present this info? Or as this section is not asking for travel info explicitly I can skip putting this as it was paid vacation.

Spouse Sis is SK...i produced docs showing parents name (passport of both my spouse and sis in law/ education docs/DOB) and then an affidavit from my inlaws that both are siblings..i think this should suffice..
