I will send my documents to CIC today. Before that I need to know,
does all the photocopy of passports, birth certificates, language test results, etc. need to be attested by any notary public?

I agree with ashuindian. Although the document checklist states about certified copies if translated and does not explicitly request for notarized copies, its better to send them notarized. I did that myself. Better to be safe than sorry.

Thnx, Actually I am very old Applicant, got nominated on 1 St June. My first application got delivered on 24 June at Sydney, but I received back that on 20 September as 'Cancelled as incomplete" , because due to some confusion I didn't my IELTS . During this period my IELTS had expired. Then I have sent again with updated ielts, got delivered on 3 Nov. Bytheway, from which country r u?

I have sent my doc to CIC last week, it is still not reached to Sydney yet. My IELTS will be expired on 14th of March. Do you think there is a chance to be rejected after few months? Please suggest me what should I do before hand.

Yes, u r okay. Less chances to rejection.
Mine expired on 21 June, I sent courier on 18 June . But I could send it on 10 or 12 June , then everything was okay.

I have sent my document to CIC and it delivered to Sydney yesterday. I hope and pray everything will be fine and get the AOR soon.

I am a Nov22 applicant as well but my profile has been in process since December 9th and not contact since then.

Any ideas what might be the cause for delays??
